Summary

We collect only what you send us through the enquiry form. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, and phone number, together with your project description and indicative budget where you choose to provide them. These are the only fields the form sends.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security provider records standard server request data, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse. It is not combined with enquiry data to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party tracking scripts, and does not use fingerprinting. Nothing here follows you to other websites.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you have asked about. Where you become a client, the same correspondence supports the engagement itself.

Under GDPR and equivalent regimes, our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. Where an engagement follows, the basis becomes performance of a contract.

We will not add you to a marketing list, send you unrelated material, or share your details with anyone for their own marketing, at any point.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 24 months after our last correspondence with you.

Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, records are retained for 7 years after the engagement ends, which reflects the period for which contractual, tax, and accounting records are ordinarily required to be kept.

Server request logs are retained for a short operational period by our hosting provider and are not kept by us separately.

Who else processes it

We keep this list short deliberately. Each of these processes data on our behalf and under contract; none of them may use it for their own purposes.

• Hostinger — hosting and email. Receives and stores the contents of enquiry messages, and handles the mail that carries them.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and protection. Processes request data, including IP addresses, to serve and defend the site.
• Google Fonts — typefaces. Because fonts are requested from Google's servers when a page loads, Google receives your IP address at that moment.

Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is done under the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own for advertising, analytics, or tracking. Where your browser stores anything, it is limited to what is necessary for the page to function and to the security checks our provider applies to block automated abuse.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated and rate-limited, and mail credentials are stored outside the public web directory with restricted file permissions. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:

• Access — a copy of what we hold.
• Correction — to have inaccurate details fixed.
• Deletion — to have it erased, where no legal duty requires us to keep it.
• Portability — a copy in a machine-readable format.
• Objection and restriction — to object to our use of it, or ask us to pause that use.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email info@globalit-solution.com. We respond within one month. There is no charge, and you do not have to explain why you are asking.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This site offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date below. Where a change is material, we will say so here rather than relying on you to notice.
